RE: Steam Generator Lead-Lag control

Is there help out there - well yes usually in the form of a controls consultant (controls vendors) (and they prefer to be paid for such work).  As the client (I am one too) you would have to provide a lot of the stepping stone information which defines what you want to happen and when. It sounds like you are needing the specifications and logic diagrams as prelude to a new controls system.  You may want to have various vendors make presentations to you (or your project team) and see what they have to offer(hardware and software) and whether they can work successfuly (time, budget, quality, working conditions, etc) within your project limits.
