European Steel Spec conversion to US Equivalent

(OP)
I am working with a European Company who has provided me a material specification which I need to have the closest equivalent in US Steel.

The material is DC04 according to EN10027-1 and the steel grade is 1.0338 according to EN10027-2.  They also note the stability is 270.....350 N/mm2.

Please Help

It might help to know more about the application.  For example, there are only a few steels used for structural purposes, and if it's structural steel, you'll basically pick one of those few.  Ditto with, say, bolts, or pressure vessels, etc.
