Any good gd&t tutorial suggestions ?
(OP)
Hi all,
Could anybody suggest any good gd&t book titles that are not too cluttered or complicated, and that have good application exercises?
I've seen a bit of some e learning sites...
any prefered ones ?
Hope to get some replies.
Thanks

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

It more of a "textbook" than Foster's book but gives some very detailed explanations of GD&T concepts as well as some examples that aren't found in either the ASME standard or the other guides to GD&T. A copy of the ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard is also good to have around. I actually refer to the standard more often than any of the other GD&T books on my bookshelf.
Also chack out http://www.tec-ease.com/gdt-tips.htm for some good GD&T tips.
Good luck...

Go the the source. Get a copy of ASME Y14.5M-1994.
The actual, official standard is fairly readable. Any time any other references disagree with the standard, they are wrong.
