Arrow head position dimensioning circles!!!

Arrow head position dimensioning circles!!!

Arrow head position dimensioning circles!!!

(OP)
I am haveing trouble with a drawing (other drawings seem to be OK).  Whenever I try to dimension a circle, no matter where I have place the cursor to anchor the dimension, it places the arrow and leader at the 8 O'clock or 2 O'clock position on top of any dimensions already in place. I can grab the leader and move the dimesion to where I want  it but it is a pain to have to reposition dimensions for readability.
Any idea as to what is going on?

RE: Arrow head position dimensioning circles!!!
