proE_solidworks
proE_solidworks
(OP)
Hey everybody.
I am new to solid modeling and I had a question. If I have a engineering company that uses proE and I want them to make a prototype for me. SLA/CNC etc. Can I use solid works and export the project. What kind of file type should I export? Any thoughts are welcome.
Thank You

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

From what I understand, this file is fairly universal and contains coordinates and vectors which build your model. The 3d printer then interprets these directions into movement of the print head.
