I´m looking for a 3 way diverter, 1/4" Max pressure 10 Bar,
Temperature: 500 Degree Celcius?

I think that this may be a bit hopeful - have you considered using 2 off on/off units piggy-backed so that they are operated by the one operator - one opening whilst the other closes?

Assuming that you are looking at a ball valve, such units tend not to operate on the same principal as their soft seated cousins.
