Drawings-can you break a linear dim. like "foreshortened rad" does

I'm dimensioning the center of a large radius on a small part, and the center is way off of the page.  Can I "foreshorten" the linear dimension, like I can do it to the radial dimension?

RE: Drawings-can you break a linear dim. like "foreshortened rad" does

go to properties of the dimension, you will see forshorten in there.

I've been there but it's not there, on the linear (horizontal/Vertical) dimensions, only the radial dimensions.  Am I missing something?

RE: Drawings-can you break a linear dim. like "foreshortened rad" does

No, you can't foreshorten a linear dimension.  I have submitted this as an enhancement request.  You should too.

Sorry, I missed "linear Dimension". This is fixed in SW06 like Jason points out.
