Fastener retention while starting into deep cavity

Fastener retention while starting into deep cavity

(OP)
Does anyone know of a tool (other than magnetic) that will hold a #6 pan head torx bit TAPTITE (thread forming screw)while it is installed into an approximately 4 inch deep housing using an electric torque driver?  These fasteners are used to restrain a PCB into the housing, so whatever used would have to be ESD safe.  HELP would be appreciated!

RE: Fastener retention while starting into deep cavity

A piece of silicon tubing may work well.  Slide the tubing over the shaft of the driver, place the screw on the driver, slide the tubing down over the head of the screw.  It should hold the screw in place while it is being inserted into the housing.  When the screw is fastened, the tubing will come out with the driver.
