Hi all, i want to do miners rule analysis for gear. So that i have the following input parameters:
1. number of teeth (14)
2. Heat treat : case carburized
3. Operating torque
4. Operating speed
5. Operating time
6. Operating stress
7. Allowable stress

with those parameters, would like to know the following output parameter values:
1. Operating cyles
2. Cycles to failure
3. Life factors
4. Cycle ratio

could anyone provide me the formulas for the above output parameters with the above input variables.

The International Standards Organisation (ISO) is working on a draft document covering Miners rule analysis of gears. I believe it will be called:
ISO 6336-6, Calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears – Part 6: Calculation of service life under variable load.

If you can track down anybody associated with the draft review process you might be able to get hold of a copy.
