  Iam currently using anaerobic method of effluent treatment of the above subject but am not getting it right.  the method  seems to be consuming alot of chemicals  ie lime, caustic  soda and calcium hypoclorite. does anyone know how to deal with it since i have tried all my options. by the way it hass worked in most  distilleries in the world  so i dont know  since the BOD and COD levels are in the order of thousands. please help since  there is some where am going wrong. thanks
