NX2 - Changing part attributes from within assembly

Hi !
Freshly working in NX2, I note that I cannot change component attributes from within my assembly. Only have access when make the component displayed ...
Is there any setting to activate an all levels access ?
Thanks

RE: NX2 - Changing part attributes from within assembly

No, you only have access to attributes of your current work part.

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

If you right click in the Assembly Navigator you should be able to select Properties from the pop-up menu and edit the Attributes.

This is especially usefull when working in Drawings.

That's what I mean too : I can view the component attributes via NX2 ANAV > properties, but I cannot change anything unless I make the part displayed ... (while everything was read/write in UG18 wherever you where in an assembly)...
