in perspective view the drawing is streched beyond viewport

in perspective view the drawing is streched beyond viewport

(OP)
In parallel view the object is completely in the viewport, but after setting the view to perspective the drawing is stretched completely, zooming has no effect whatsoever. This is not a problem of clipping views.

I don't know where the settings for perspective view are, like dissapearing points settings or things like that.

Can anyone help me...?

RE: in perspective view the drawing is streched beyond viewport

Have you tried using the 'DISTANCE' command in 'DVIEW' it will pull back your viewpoint without distorting your depth perception - you may need to use 'ZOOM' (still in 'DVIEW') afterwards to veiw the object better - try to stick to a 50mm lens zoom setting if you can.  If their is a better way I would like to hear it too.
