Bottled Hydrogen location and piping

(OP)
I have a client that wants to use hydrogen for a process (I do not know what the process is). I do not know the best forum to put this in (so I am putting it in a couple).
The bottle size is small, less than 400 CF.
The area of use is the corner of a large room next to an outside wall.
I do not think the bottle needs to be outside but it easily could be.
Where would you put the bottle - outside, inside, or in a cabinet?
What kind of piping is used for hydrogen?
Any other concerns?
Do the storage and/or use area need to be classified (electrically)?
