How to separate rubber discs?

How to separate rubber discs?

How to separate rubber discs?

(OP)
Hi all!

I have a machi that works with 6 vibrating bases. Those vibrating bases trough up 2 parts per cicle, and per base, to a linear transporter that runs step-by-step, unti at the end i have 2 parts of each kind in the same division.

One of those parts is a 20mm wide rubber disc, with 1 mm thickness.

The problem i need to solve, is the enourmous tendance for gluing between each others, and even the vibrating base movement isn't enough to promote ther separation.

How can i separate them 1 by 1... to be easier to feed the linear transporter, without have the current problem (machine frequently stopping due to locking)?

Thanks a lot

RJDias
