Dipicting Screw Threads

Dipicting Screw Threads

Dipicting Screw Threads

(OP)
Solid edge applies a graphic depiction of screw threads in draft mode that is typically not representative of the thread applied.  How do I scale thsi graphic to be a more representative view?

RE: Dipicting Screw Threads

db43,

What's wrong with the way screw threads are depicted in draft?
I can't see why you would need/want to scale anything.

(OP)
Solid edge allows modification of the thread image with the style command allowing a more realistic representation with options for left and right hand thread views.
Problem solved!

RE: Dipicting Screw Threads

db43,
I'd  still be interested to know what exactly you have modified, and on what version.
