What is UNS No. for A/SA-193 Gr. B16 ?

(OP)
Over the years I've never seen a UNS No. for ASTM/ASME
A/SA-193 Grade B16 (Cr-Mo-V Steel). Is there one ?

RE: What is UNS No. for A/SA-193 Gr. B16 ?

Yes. The alloy designation/UNS No for ASME SA 193 Grade B16 is K14072. This information was obtained thru ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section II, Part D, Table 3.

If you had a 10th ed. of the UNS book you could have looked this up in the back.  And then you could look up the UNS number and find all specs that address that material.
The 10th ed. is a great improvement over older versions.  Anyone specifying alloys should have one.
