Treatment of Waste from Oil-Grit Separators

(OP)
I am trying to compile information on common practices related to the removal and treatment (transportation and disposal) of wastes (oiled water and sediments) from oil/grit separators, including legal requirements. Can anyone recommend a good reference?

RE: Treatment of Waste from Oil-Grit Separators

You will have to talk with the local people about that. everybody has their own way to take care of this. One thing to suggest would be to dry the material out and burn it in an asphalt plant.
