So now we know, X-CAD is Alibre Xpress.

However, the marketing rather shot itself in the foot I feel.

Can't comaplain I suppose cause it's free but they "mislead" everyone into thinking it was more than it was. I knew it was Alibre from close to the start so I figured the first 100,000 would get a license of their base package with no maint. or support. Oh well.
