Does anyone have experience with etching ceramic dielectric capacitor chips of Barium Titanate composition so that a SEM can be used to see the grain. What (chemical?) can be used to do this, how long will it take and is it done at room temperature? Thanks for any help.

I am lookig for information about the process for isotropic etching of Aluminum Silicon Carbide (AlSiC) to 0.6 mm (~0.025") deep.
Please can anyone help me out in sending the information about this process.
