Silver Oxide powder rolling to produce a slab

Silver Oxide powder rolling to produce a slab

(OP)
I would like to make a slab out of silver oxide powder with the silver applied to a mesh. I was thinking of a cold two stage rolling operation using paper on each side as a web.  I am thinking I may need a binder mixed with the silver or sprayed onto the grid. Does anyone have any input on this idea?

RE: Silver Oxide powder rolling to produce a slab

If the mesh is made of, or plated with, something that will bond to silver oxide with just pressure, maybe you have a chance.

I'd be inclined to try sintering the powder to silver- plated screen cloth, with secondary rolling/ calendering only if you need it to flatten out the slabs.
