Rubber hosing bond to metal!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP

(OP)
I am trying to bond a 2mm diameter rubber hosing at its midpoint to a shiny metal surface about .1mm thick.  I need the rubber to stretch and the bond to hold....ANY help would be greatly appreciated.  I have achieved minimal success with cyanoacrylate....

Thanks,

RE: Rubber hosing bond to metal!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP

What's the rubber and what's the "shiny metal".

RE: Rubber hosing bond to metal!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP

(OP)
Well, the metal is a .1mm thick piece of polished steel, and the rubber can be any type of rubber as long as it is very strong and does not rip when stretched from about 4mm to about 10mm.  It will be a very thin piece of rubber...
Thanks for the reply!
