Salt Concentrations in Air

Salt Concentrations in Air

Salt Concentrations in Air

Is there any reports that quantified the concentration of salt air at various elevation and horizontal distances from a salt water source? IE equipment distance from the beach or ocean surface.

RE: Salt Concentrations in Air

If you look up research papers on coastal corrosion the info should be there.  I know that both LaQue and NASA sollect a lot of data at their coastal sites to measure the salt content at various locations.

Thanks, but the link does not work.

RE: Salt Concentrations in Air

You need to find some papers publised on the subject.
Some of these have been presented at Seahorse meetings over the years.  A number of them have also been presented at NACE meetings.
Good luck hunting.
