Structural Use of RHINO

I am a civil engineer (structural) and looking to use Rhino in buiding design etc, ive been looking on the internet for related tutorials but find i am struggling to get ones that deal with this particular area. Anyone got any tips?

Also interested in the ease of inter-use between AutoCAD and Rhino if anyone knows much about that.
