Basic GPIB setup

(OP)
I have an HP3488a switching unit w/ 10-channel multiplexer. All I need it to do is automatically switch between channels at the rate of 10hz (I am sampling 10 different resistances, each at 1hz, with the same DMM). I do not have access to labview, Visual studio. So I suppose this means that I will have to write a short program in basic.

I do not have any experience with programming GPIB, and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks!
Ambert

RE: Basic GPIB setup

Whatever GPIB card you have should already come with drivers that can be accessed from the programming environment of your choice
