Importing Material Data in ANSYS Workbench

(OP)
How can I import material data (stress-strain) into ANSYS 9 Workbench?  I can export the data from the test machine as an Excel file or text file.

Thanks,
Tim

RE: Importing Material Data in ANSYS Workbench

Go to the "Engineering Data" branch (bottom left hand of the screen) and right click > insert > material from file. A series of files in xml format are shown. You can create your own xml file for your new material.
