Cronite

Cronite

Has anybody got any machining information for Cronite?  Or possibly a link to a website that might help.  Were looking to machine a forging impression in the top of a cast block.

Thanks

RE: Cronite

Ha... I got fished on that one too.

I thought it was like Kirksite or something.

Thanks guys, however it appears that cronite is a material and that although not easy it is machineable.

RE: Cronite

Is it like unobtanium?

RE: Cronite

I read something on the internet that said cronite is very similar to unobtanium, especially with regards to machinability.
