For those who design for government can anyone tell me if you are following Section B-3.1 (Standard 10. Windows, Skylights, and Glazed Doors) for all structures that meet required standoff distances? This criteria requires you to design to 1.0 psi for surface glazing and up to 10.8 psi for connections and their supporting elements.

RE: UFC 4-010-01 (DoD Min. Antiterrorism Standards for Bldgs)
I used this standard when it was not for public release. The requirements are stiff. I found one Israeli door company that makes doors (glazing and frame) that meets these requirements. The following is a link to their web site:

It has lots of good information. I think there are more companies that do the same.
I had to use the standard in hardening excising facility. To me is very hard to retrofit these stiff loads into existing structures that were not designed to such high loads.
It is not easy.
