Hi friends,

We have an material which is in powder form and,I am looking  for an equipment[s] which can be capable of resizing powder to granule size. I hope there exists a pratic and simple way of this process.

Hello paloturk,
There are many kinds of different agglomerators and the choice depence on capacity of processing, properties of your material and on the target properties and price of your product: particle size distribution, uniformity, the amount and sort of a binder and some other properties like flowability, stability, rate of dissolution, final moisture content  etc. If you are dealing with a pharmaceutical product in a range of maybe hundreed kg/day you will probably use more expencive and complex technology batch process(fluid bed agglomerator)compared to a continuous fertilizer agglomerator with a few tons/hour output.
Search the web!

You might also look at pelletizers.  We have experimented with pelletizers to control the rate of some heterogeneous reactions.
