halting plot command

(OP)
Is it possible to stop the plot command in the middle of execution? My problem is how my method is set up: after taking data values, it uses the plot command to create between 5-10 different lines. I need to get each of those lines to be a different color, but I can only figure out how to set each individual graph to be a different color.

thanks.

RE: halting plot command

cntrl+C will work, but a bit rude. Can't you use the hold command?
