Uplift Forces on Piles in Frost Heaving Soils

(OP)
I have a research paper titled "Uplift Forces on Foundations in Frost Heaving Soils" by Edward Penner and I reference it frequently for many of my projects.  The soils and site conditions for Penner's study were clays with moisture contents at 44%.  Are there any other reference papers out there that bring a wider range of moisture and soil conditions when designing for adfreeze effects?
