Steep slopes ( angle %37 maybe more) major soil type coarse material and topsoil deep 5 cm. no B horizon.

hydroseeding. my question is hydroseeding application hows working on this slope. if is no topsoil how I can paste seed to surface.

Call a Hydroseeding contractor and gp watch a few applications.

Shouldn't be much problem, you're still less than 2H:1V, but you will likely want to install some erosion control matting.  You could also consider a "bonded fiber matrix" which is like a spray on hydroseed+mat combination, one such product is Soil Guard.
