RE: Language setting

From the help docs...

"Installing Version 5 installs the user interface files for all supported languages:

    * English (default language)
    * French
    * German
    * Japanese
    * Italian.

You then simply use the tools on your operating system to choose the language in which you want to start your session. If no language is chosen, your session will be started in English."

RE: Language setting

Hi Shivkug.
I had the same problem running a chinese version of windows in my former workplace.
Go to Tools-Customize-Options-User Interface Language and change it to English or whatever you Prefer. Default is set to  Environment Language which probably is Japanese in your case.
You can try to change it with your best luck unless you read Japanese (finally you will find a western type of language which is readeable for us that can't read the signs) or simply ask a collegue to change it for you because it can be hard to find unless you know Catia with your eyes closed (I did manage to do it myself though perhaps with some luck usually I came to French,Italian or German first and then it was a piece of cake).
