hAVING PROBLEMS IN A CNC MACHINE WITH THIS WOULD COATINGS ON THE TOOL HOLDERS WORK TO PREVENT THIS? uSED ZINC IN THE COOLANT STORAGE AREA WITH ON AVAL.

Try anodising the part that is corroding.
Determine the PH of the coolant solution that is probably acting as an electrolyte and alter it to a range between 4 and 9, this may help.
