Determining The Required Inductance for an AC Line Reactor

I have to determine the inductance required, for an AC Line reactor that will be used for the Static Start System on a GE 7FA Combustion turbine.  Essentially GE dictates that the capacitance in the cable network from the LCI (GE's static start system) shall be no greater than 0.125uf phase to ground.  If it is above this level than an AC Line Reactor should be employed to cancel the capacitance above 0.125uf.  I believe this to be a fairly straight forward circuit analysis, but would like to here from a person who has actually done this.  I have asked GE for some guidance I am doubtful that they will respond.

I have not done this, but if I understand the problem this should work.

1) calculate the capacitance above .125uf

2)calculate the Ohms of the above capacitance.
  1/2xPIxFxC

3) The above is the required reactor ohms at the rated frequency.
