Exchanger Tube sheet corrosion barrier

Exchanger Tube sheet corrosion barrier

Exchanger Tube sheet corrosion barrier

(OP)
To make a corrosion barrier on a heavily corroded tube sheet of two vacuum ejector condensers we have used Belzona. Shell side of exchanger is sour waters; tube sheet side is cooling water.
First we sandblast the tube sheets at SA 2 ½, than we regularize the corroded surface with Belzona Ceramic R-Metal 1311 and at last we put a corrosion barrier of Belzona Ceramic S-Metal 1321.
Does anybody of the forum have had good results with similar applications of Belzona?
Regards
Luis Marques
