What is a typical lube oil flow rate for say a 2L 4 stroke?

I have measured my six cylinder Triumph at about 4 GPM at speed.  Steve

RE: Engine lube oil flow rate

Do you mean what the pump puts out or what the engine requires? If you know the size of the pump gears you can calculate it. As a general figure the pump might put out 1.5 times the engine requirement. Steve's figure of 4 gpm sounds like a good ballpark figure.
