Starting a procedure in Access every second

Starting a procedure in Access every second

Starting a procedure in Access every second

(OP)
Hello,

When I starting an Access-database I want every second
starting a sub-procedure in the module.
I know that that there is a timer-event in a form but
this means that the form must be open.
I want to start this code every 1 sec when the database
is open.
I am using this for looking data in a PLC.
Any idea?

You can use the SetTimer API.
