Is there information and/or a book on dimensional tolerances
for Plastics?

RE: Standards and Practices of Plastics

What process are you looking for information on? injection molded plastics, machining plastics or some other process.

Thanks for your help. I found another one from SPI.

Be careful about tolerances published by trade organizations such as these!  They tend to publish tolerances that are VERY conservative.  For example, the RMA (Rubber Manufacturer's Association) lists tolerances that are so coarse that one is tempted to rule out that family of materials.  Another fine example is NADCA (North American Die Casters Association).  I discovered that the best source of information on D&T of injection molded parts is a knowledgeable, cooperative injection molder!
