Looking for a better paint (coating) prevent from carburize

Looking for a better paint (coating) prevent from carburize

(OP)
Dear ladies and gentlemen:

How are you doing today?

I'm looking for a better paint (coating) to protect some area of our products from carburize now. I saw from research papers some time ago and it should be produced in somewhere. The protection of the paint (coating) should be good and it'll be easy to be removed (some papers said most paint will be gone after quench even inside hole/screw). Please let me know, if you can find one. We may have a large order followed.

Thanks a lot.

Have a nice day

RE: Looking for a better paint (coating) prevent from carburize

Try Avion - gives excellent results when applied properly, good resistance to gas carburizing atmospheres even on long cycles and is water washable.
Not as easy to apply as some of the other materials available but its the best I have found for preventing leak through of carbon.
