Need info on Moineau Cycloidal Project

(OP)
Hi. I'm looking for any information on Moineau's (Rene' Moineau to be exact) test data, that was mentioned in USAAVLABS Technical Report 69-13, on Horizontal-Axis Rotary-Wing Aeronautical Systems. It's refers to Moineau, but does not give the data from which the conclusion was drawn. If you know anything about this, please reply. Thanks.

RE: Need info on Moineau Cycloidal Project

I'm not familiar with the report, but I am familiar with Moineau.  His idea for an aircraft supercharger didn't work too well, but it worked great as a heavy-duty pump.  It is marketed today as a progressing (or progressive) cavity pump by companies like Robbins and Myers.  Their trade name is actually "Moyno" an americanized form of Moineau.  The data you refer to may be his original tests.
