Testing Specification

I have to produce a specification for inspection, development and testing of existing water supply wells. We are in a primitive developing country and existing wells are giving poor yields for various reasons, poor design, inadaquate development, over sized pumps, over exploitation etc. etc.

I am looking forr a suitable specification on the internet ??

RE: Testing Specification

try US Army Corps of Engineers specifications as a start:

GUIDE SPECIFICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION  SECTION 02521 WATER WELLS

you should be able to find this on the website

http://www.usace.army.mil/pubtypes.html
