Looking for legislative structure for Gas pipeline in the US
I have already contacted:
DOT
DOE
FERC
RSPA
and ASME
Is any ohter association or commitee involved in federal pipeline legislation

each stae has a governing body for pipelines that do not transport across a stateline (intrastate).  In Texas its the Texas Railroad Commission.  There is the GRI at www.gri.org. ; The API at www.api.org.
