calculations of bolt flexibility in preloaded assemblies

calculations of bolt flexibility in preloaded assemblies

(OP)
I've used formula accepted by VDI2230 to determine the initial clamping force due to a angle tightening...But flexibilities of bolt and clamped parts are false, i think that the bolt head and the nut play a bigger role in calculations than it is in formula...but how? There is a factor=3 between experimental data and analytical results...I would like to estimate precisely (or more accuracy) the influences of bolt head end clamped parts...
Sorry for my english, thank you to help me
