Sheetmetal form

Sheetmetal form

Sheetmetal form

(OP)
As a general rule, when I create and install a sheetmetal form, I always make the radii on the form a minimum of 2x the material thickness (so the inside radii of the finished sheetmetal part will not be a negative value).  I have had trouble when the radii were too small.

Does this always have to be, or is there a way to create radii smaller than the minimum and still make it work?
If there is a special way to do it, please let me know.
(I'm using pro/2001 with intralink)

Thanks in advance for your help.
SrG.
