Question on Magnetic field simulation

Question on Magnetic field simulation

Question on Magnetic field simulation

(OP)
Due to a job assignment, I have to simulate the magnetic flux density of an actuator using ANSYS. Have are the two questions I have.

1) the soft magnetic material we are using is 1018. Its saturation point is about 2 Tesla. But the results I got have max 4 Tesla. Is it meaningful for this results? I am using a H-B curve to define the material, the curve stops at 2 Tesla.

2) I found that the by using H-B curve doesn't have any difference with just giving relative permeability. I am quiet sure that the simulation has gone into the nonlinear zone.  Results from H-B curve should be different from  relative permeability. What am i doing wrong.

I appreciate any of your help!
