I need to find a 2.5 mm thick BK7 window, both sides AR coated (400-1000nm), flatness lambda/2 or better and surface 20/40 scratch/dig or better. The shape and size of the window is not important as long as it is bigger than say 15 mm. The problem is that I need only one. I have a $2160 quote which is a BIT on the high side.

Thanks.

Thanks for the pointer. I may end up using one of Edmund's window. They don't seem to have 2.5mm thick window though.
The problem is that I use a Mitutoyo G-Plan objective which is corrected to 5 mm BK7 glass between the objective and the object. The object in my case is a CCD detector which already has 2.5 mm BK7 window in front of it. I use the objective to image something to the CCD. I need to add an extra 2.5 mm. I'm not sure how much image degradation I can expect by adding 3 mm instead of 2.5 mm. This is a very high resolution objective. The pixel size of the CCD is 24 um so I could tolerate some spherical aberration.
