RE: P&H Magnetorque 1412 Brakes

P&H overhead crane, im pretty sure, is what you want to talk about... as i am also maintaining this equipment.
Since, the unit is uncoupled to the common shaft of the main motor hoist. Probably, you have done a rewinding or reconditioning works of this unit.
The less thing you do is to conduct insulation resistance test in your workshop. The succeeding test will be on-site, where you should couple this unit to the common shaft of the motor. A data gathering will follow, such as magnetorque brake excitation current, the actual magnetorque motor current, speed - load characteristics (can be verified through actual loading of the hoist), motor speed and current and all control  steps hoisting  and lowering both with load and no load.
Furthermore, please refer to your costumer about the manual of the equipment in order to proceed the on-site test.
