I am trying to determine if it is necessary to use 177 candela strobes in sleeping rooms.  The sleeping rooms are in the Anesthesia area of a hospital building.  The room dimensions are 13'x7' and 12'x10'.  Both rooms have 8' layin ceilings.  Thanks.

RE: honr strobes in sleeping room

I do not think they are required in patient rooms, if that is what this is. Patients are supposed to be monitored by the hosptial staff.

But check with some experienced persons, who may have done hospital fitups.

The sleeping rooms on this project are for the on call doctors to sleep in.
