Concrete pad 5 feet x 12 feet x 4 inches thick...will support a piece of equipment that weighs about 700 pounds...can this pad be poured on top of an asphalt parking lot?

When I was in college I could squat over 600 lbs, which has nothing to do with this thread but for some reason I felt an urge to throw that in.

Now since I sit in front of a computer all day, my strength has gone to my waistline. I am trying to start back working out again but I always put it off to do something else, usually it is drinking beer.
