Chameleon Color Paints

(OP)
Can Anyone tell me how the Chameleon  style paints that show one color ant one angle and a different color at a different angle?  This process perplexes me. I've thought of using dual color metal flakes but that won't solve the problem, and the commercial vendors think that they're move stars and want top dollor for what should be a relatively simple process.
